FESTIVAL 2026:

Dear Wine,  Beer & Cookery Lovers

Our recent Festival in June of this year was a great success and the two night format worked very well. The competition entries and the number of entrants was up providing a busy morning for the Judges on Saturday morning. The Royal Hotel is a wonderful venue just off the seafront at Weston super Mare and we have had four super festivals there. Many thanks to their staff for helping make a great weekend. However we have decided it is time for a change a move to a more central location to make the journey a little easier for our guests from the north and east.

After a lot of searching we have settled on the Stanton House Hotel just north of Swindon. It is lovely cotswold stone manor house which has been re-modeled and extended to the highest standards.

The nearby village of Stanton Fitzwarren is unique with 200 inhabitants nestling on the edge of the Cotswolds, yet just 10 minutes drive from Swindon with a history stretching back over 2000 years
