This was our 2023 program which will give you flavour of what we will be doing next year

Monday: Check in and an apertif tasting by the Chew Valley Distillery who will be presenting their artisan gin and rum.
Dinner in the wonderful Birnbeck Suite overlooking the Severn Estuary

Tuesday: The Wales West Amateur Wine & Beermakers Competition. In the afternoon a beer tasting by Peter Coombs. To include Burton Ale, Pale Ale, Export India Porter, Geuze, Kriek and a Belgian Triple. In the evening dinner in the Birnbeck and entertainment by vocalist Shannon Kitchen

Wednesday: The presentation of Trophies and in the afternoon a tasting of Spanish wines from northern Spain by Ron Williams . In the evening a dinner dance in the Birnbeck and entertainment by Frankie Johns.
